Yoga became my bridge back — not to flexibility, but to vitality. 
And as I began listening, I realised that energy is not something you create; it’s something you stop obstructing. 

🌞 Yoga: The Art of Energy Alignment 

Yoga, in its truest sense, is not exercise — it’s energy engineering. 
Rooted in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, it teaches how to channel, balance, and expand prana — the universal life force that sustains every heartbeat and thought. 

The eight limbs of yoga are not steps, but frequencies of awareness: 

  1. Yama (Restraints) – balancing energy with others. 
  1. Niyama (Observances) – cultivating inner purity and self-energy. 
  1. Asana (Postures) – aligning energy through the body. 
  1. Pranayama (Breath Control) – regulating life-force currents. 
  1. Pratyahara (Withdrawal) – redirecting sensory energy inward. 
  1. Dharana (Concentration) – focusing subtle energy.

Ancient sages believed that the human body operates as an intricate energetic temple, intricately woven with seven main chakras. 

These chakras act as vital energy centres, each corresponding to different aspects of our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When these energy centres are open and balanced, they allow prana, or life force energy, to flow freely throughout the body, promoting health and vitality.  

Conversely, when the chakras become stagnant or blocked, individuals may experience feelings of disconnection, fatigue, and unease. This blockage can hinder our ability to connect with ourselves and others, leading to various physical and emotional challenges. Thus, maintaining the balance and openness of these chakras is essential for overall well-being and harmony in one’s life.
